1. Who we are

Rahlat Raqamiya Establishment for Trips (Rehlat Raqmiyah Office for Tourism), trading as Saudi Safari, commercial registration 7008880218, is a licensed tour operator in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Saudi Safari", "we", "us"). We offer desert safaris, sea trips and private tours.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit saudisafari.com, book a tour, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp (including our WhatsApp number 920033630). We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its regulations.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Your name, phone number, email address and, where needed, your city or address.
• Booking details: the tour, date, number of adults and children, pick-up and transport needs, special requests and feedback.
• Payment and billing details. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page; we do not store your full card number.
• If you create an account on our website: your login details and booking history.
• Messages you send us by email, through the website, or on WhatsApp, and our replies.

Information collected automatically when you use our website

• Your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type and screen size.
• The pages you view, the time and length of your visit, the website that referred you, and how you move around and interact with our pages (clicks, scrolls and taps).
• Identifiers from cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).

WhatsApp messages to 920033630

• Your WhatsApp number.
• The messages you send us and our replies, including any caption you add to a photo, video or document.
• For photos, voice notes, videos, documents, stickers and locations: only a note that you sent one (and a document's file name). We do not download or keep the file or the location itself.
• When each message was sent and whether it was delivered and read.

3. How we use your data, and why we are allowed to

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your WhatsApp messages for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with those who help us provide our services, each only for that purpose:

• Payment providers (for example ClickPay) to process your payment.
• Our business systems: customer relationship and messaging (for example Kommo), operations and booking records, and accounting and invoicing (for example Zoho Books).
• Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which carries WhatsApp messages.
• Analytics and advertising providers that we use on our website: Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft Clarity and TruConversion. See section 7.
• Website hosting and security providers (for example Cloudflare).
• Our tour partners and guides, only the details needed to run your trip (such as the lead guest's first name, the number of guests and pick-up details).
• Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
• A buyer or successor, if all or part of our business is sold or restructured.

Some of these providers, and some of our servers, are located outside the Kingdom. Where data is transferred abroad we do so only as the PDPL allows, and with providers that protect it.

5. Who at Saudi Safari can see your WhatsApp messages

Only staff who handle your enquiry: the sales staff your conversation is assigned to, the sales manager, our administrators and the business owner. Operations staff do not see message text. Every time someone opens a conversation, it is recorded.

6. How we protect your data

We limit access to the people who need it and use encryption, access controls and logging. WhatsApp message text is stored encrypted, with the key kept separately from the database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to act quickly if something goes wrong.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website uses:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use each platform's ad settings to control personalised ads. Blocking essential cookies may stop bookings from working.

8. How long we keep it

• WhatsApp message text: deleted 24 months after the last message in your conversation. After that we keep only the record that messages were exchanged (times and delivery status), without their content.
• Bookings, payments and invoices: for as long as Saudi commercial and tax law requires.
• Enquiries that did not lead to a booking: no longer than needed to follow up, then deleted or anonymised.
• Marketing: until you opt out.
• Website analytics and cookies: as set by each cookie and provider, usually between one session and two years.

9. Your rights

You can ask us:

• what personal data we hold about you, and for a copy of it;
• to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
• to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• to stop using it for marketing, at any time; and
• to withdraw any consent you gave.

If you have an account on our website, you can view and update your details by logging in. You can also complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

10. Deleting your data

To ask us to delete your data, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data", or use the contact page on saudisafari.com. Please include the phone number or email you used with us so we can find your records. We will confirm your request and delete your message text and other personal data within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices). Encrypted backup copies are overwritten within a further 60 days.

11. Children

Our tours are for families, so bookings may include children. We collect only what a parent or guardian gives us to run the trip (such as the number and ages of children). We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell you directly about important changes where we can.

مؤسسة رحلات رقمية للرحلات (مكتب رحلات رقمية للسياحة)، وتعمل باسم سفاري السعودية، سجل تجاري رقم 7008880218، منظِّم رحلات مرخّص في جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية ("سفاري السعودية" أو "نحن"). نقدّم رحلات السفاري الصحراوية والرحلات البحرية والجولات الخاصة.

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف نجمع بياناتك الشخصية ونستخدمها ونشاركها ونحميها عندما تزور موقع saudisafari.com أو تحجز رحلة أو تتواصل معنا بالهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب (بما في ذلك رقم واتساب 920033630). ونعالج البيانات الشخصية وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات تقدّمها لنا

• اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني، ومدينتك أو عنوانك عند الحاجة.
• تفاصيل الحجز: الرحلة والتاريخ وعدد البالغين والأطفال واحتياجات النقل ونقطة الالتقاء والطلبات الخاصة وملاحظاتك.
• بيانات الدفع والفوترة. تُدخل بيانات البطاقة في صفحة الدفع الآمنة لدى مزوّد خدمة الدفع، ولا نحتفظ برقم بطاقتك كاملًا.
• إذا أنشأت حسابًا في موقعنا: بيانات الدخول وسجل حجوزاتك.
• الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الموقع أو واتساب، وردودنا عليها.

بيانات تُجمع تلقائيًا عند استخدامك لموقعنا

• عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ونظام التشغيل ونوع الجهاز وحجم الشاشة.
• الصفحات التي تزورها ووقت الزيارة ومدتها والموقع الذي أحالك إلينا، وطريقة تنقّلك وتفاعلك مع صفحاتنا (النقرات والتمرير واللمس).
• معرّفات ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة (انظر البند 7).

رسائل واتساب إلى الرقم 920033630

• رقم واتساب الخاص بك.
• الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا وردودنا عليها، بما في ذلك أي تعليق تضيفه إلى صورة أو فيديو أو مستند.
• بالنسبة للصور والرسائل الصوتية ومقاطع الفيديو والمستندات والملصقات والمواقع: نحتفظ فقط بملاحظة بأنك أرسلت واحدًا منها (واسم الملف في حالة المستند)، ولا نحمّل الملف أو الموقع نفسه ولا نحتفظ به.
• وقت إرسال كل رسالة، وما إذا كانت قد وصلت وقُرئت.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك، وعلى أي أساس

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدم رسائل واتساب الخاصة بك في الإعلانات.

4. مع من نشارك بياناتك

لا نشارك البيانات الشخصية إلا مع من يساعدنا في تقديم خدماتنا، ولهذا الغرض فقط:

• مزوّدو خدمات الدفع (مثل كليك باي) لمعالجة مدفوعاتك.
• أنظمة أعمالنا: إدارة علاقات العملاء والمراسلات (مثل كومو)، وسجلات العمليات والحجوزات، والمحاسبة والفوترة (مثل زوهو بوكس).
• منصة واتساب للأعمال التابعة لشركة ميتا، التي تنقل رسائل واتساب.
• مزوّدو التحليلات والإعلانات الذين نستخدمهم في موقعنا: جوجل (Analytics وTag Manager وAds)، وميتا (فيسبوك وإنستغرام)، وتيك توك، وسناب شات، ومايكروسوفت كلاريتي، وTruConversion. انظر البند 7.
• مزوّدو الاستضافة والحماية للموقع (مثل كلاودفلير).
• شركاؤنا في تنفيذ الرحلات والمرشدون، وبالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ رحلتك فقط (مثل الاسم الأول للضيف الرئيسي وعدد الضيوف وتفاصيل نقطة الالتقاء).
• الجهات الرسمية، متى ما ألزمتنا الأنظمة بذلك أو لحماية حقوقنا النظامية.
• مشترٍ أو خلف، في حال بيع نشاطنا أو جزء منه أو إعادة هيكلته.

يقع بعض هؤلاء المزوّدين وبعض خوادمنا خارج المملكة. وعند نقل البيانات إلى الخارج لا نفعل ذلك إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، ومع مزوّدين يحمونها.

5. من يمكنه رؤية رسائلك على واتساب في سفاري السعودية

موظفو سفاري السعودية الذين يتولّون استفسارك فقط: موظف المبيعات المُسنَدة إليه محادثتك، ومدير المبيعات، ومسؤولو النظام، ومالك المنشأة. لا يرى موظفو العمليات نص الرسائل. ويُسجَّل كل فتح لأي محادثة.

6. كيف نحمي بياناتك

نقصر الوصول على من يحتاج إليه، ونستخدم التشفير وضوابط الوصول وتسجيل العمليات. ويُحفظ نص رسائل واتساب مشفّرًا، ويُحتفظ بمفتاح التشفير بمعزل عن قاعدة البيانات. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100٪، لكننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك والتصرّف بسرعة إذا حدث أي خلل.

7. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة

ملفات تعريف الارتباط ملفات صغيرة تُحفظ على جهازك. ويستخدم موقعنا ما يلي:

يمكنك حظر ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو حذفها من إعدادات متصفحك، واستخدام إعدادات الإعلانات في كل منصة للتحكم في الإعلانات المخصّصة. وقد يؤدي حظر الملفات الضرورية إلى تعطّل الحجز.

8. مدة الاحتفاظ

• نص رسائل واتساب: يُحذف بعد 24 شهرًا من آخر رسالة في محادثتك. وبعد ذلك نحتفظ فقط بسجل يفيد بتبادل الرسائل (الأوقات وحالة التسليم) دون محتواها.
• الحجوزات والمدفوعات والفواتير: للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة التجارية والضريبية في المملكة.
• الاستفسارات التي لم تتحوّل إلى حجز: لا تتجاوز المدة اللازمة للمتابعة، ثم تُحذف أو تُجعل مجهولة الهوية.
• التسويق: إلى أن تلغي اشتراكك.
• تحليلات الموقع وملفات تعريف الارتباط: بحسب كل ملف ومزوّد، وتتراوح عادةً بين جلسة واحدة وسنتين.

9. حقوقك

يحق لك أن تطلب منا:

• معرفة البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك، والحصول على نسخة منها؛
• تصحيحها إذا كانت غير صحيحة أو ناقصة؛
• حذفها، ما لم تُلزمنا الأنظمة بالاحتفاظ بها؛
• التوقف عن استخدامها في التسويق، في أي وقت؛
• سحب أي موافقة سبق أن منحتها.

وإذا كان لديك حساب في موقعنا، يمكنك عرض بياناتك وتحديثها بتسجيل الدخول. ويمكنك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

10. حذف بياناتك

لطلب حذف بياناتك، راسلنا على [email protected] بعنوان "احذف بياناتي"، أو استخدم صفحة التواصل في saudisafari.com. يُرجى ذكر رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته معنا حتى نتمكّن من العثور على سجلاتك. سنؤكد طلبك ونحذف نص رسائلك وبياناتك الشخصية الأخرى خلال 30 يومًا، مع الاحتفاظ فقط بما تُلزمنا الأنظمة بالاحتفاظ به (مثل الفواتير). أما النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة فتُستبدل خلال 60 يومًا إضافية.

11. الأطفال

رحلاتنا عائلية، لذا قد تشمل الحجوزات أطفالًا. لا نجمع إلا ما يقدّمه الوالد أو الولي لتنفيذ الرحلة (مثل عدد الأطفال وأعمارهم). ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات مباشرة من الأطفال.

12. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ جديد، ونبلغك مباشرة بالتغييرات المهمة متى أمكن ذلك.
